Mulberry is simple three-color plain weave stripe, woven with Lithuanian linen on a mercerized Egyptian cotton warp. The heavier linen weft gives the cloth some body while the cotton warp gives us a gentle sheen. Linen has a sheen of its own of course…. We think this fabric would make a very nice garment, it will get softer and more lived-in with each wash. Pair it with one of its companion stripes, Poppy and Watermelon.
